He directed the provincial Management Board for construction of traffic and agricultural projects to support the locals in land clearance. In April, the people’s committee of Viet Yen district must collaborate to complete the construction design of the open channel system to prevent flooding in Vietnam-Korea IP.
It is necessary to mobilize local people to remove some existing graves inside the IP. The investor, departments and sectors need to remove relating obstacles to accelerate the infrastructure construction progress to soon bring the project into use.
He stressed, the provincial road 298 is significant for socio-economic development of the province but the construction progress is slow due to obstacles related to land clearance, in which verifying land origin is the biggest difficulty. Thus, the district must base on the documents proving land use right with flexible response to special cases to ensure legal rights of the people.

The district should establish a propaganda team on land clearance with engagement of the Mass Mobilization Commission and Fatherland Front to gain high consensus. Besides, it is necessary to honour citizens who strictly obey the land clearance. In case people do not obey land clearance requirement after being mobilized for many times, it is essential to take coercive measure as regulation.
After inspecting across the provincial road 298, the provincial Chairman said, some road sections under construction have caused long-lasting dust. Moreover, the slow construction due to a number of residents and small traders along the road greatly affects the people’s living and poses traffic safety risks.
Hence, the provincial Management Board for construction of traffic and agricultural projects was urged to work with the contractors to choose the successive construction method, build detailed work assignment with daily check and accounting to ensure the planned progress.
