Regarding the An Khanh – Bac Giang Thermal Power Plant project, invested in by An Khanh – Bac Giang Thermal Power JSC, several issues remain unresolved, including land lease procedures for a portion of the project area, adjustments to the ash disposal site location, and site clearance work.

The provincial Party Chief Nguyen Hong Thai chairs a working session with the investor of the An Khanh–Bac Giang Thermal Power Plant.

Thai requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue strictly implementing the directions of the provincial People's Committee and closely coordinate with the investor to resolve difficulties related to planning, land use, environmental issues, and site clearance, ensuring that the project is implemented according to the committed schedule.

The Tan Hung Industrial Park in Lang Giang commune was approved by the Prime Minister in 2021 and is being developed by Lideco 1 JSC as the infrastructure investor.

A representative of the Tan Hung Industrial Park developer briefs the delegation on the project's operations.

Following adjustments to the provincial master plan, the Tan Hung Industrial Cluster was merged into the Tan Dung Industrial Park. The investor is currently completing documentation for the park's expansion in accordance with the approved plan.

The provincial Party leader urged the company to work closely with relevant agencies to accelerate expansion procedures, improve the quality of technical and social infrastructure, and attract high-tech, environmentally friendly projects with high added value.

The provincial Party Chief Nguyen Hong Thai delivers remarks during an inspection of operations at Van Trung Industrial Park.

Concerning the merger of the Tang Tien Industrial Cluster into the Van Trung Industrial Park, the investor is coordinating with relevant units to finalise planning adjustment documents for the establishment of the Van Trung Industrial Park – Subdivision 3.

Thai instructed concerned agencies and units to continue reviewing and refining planning documents while ensuring compliance with environmental protection and fire prevention and firefighting requirements.

During the working session with Viglacera Corporation, in response to the company's proposals regarding the expansion of industrial parks and supporting service zones, the provincial Party Committee Secretary encouraged the enterprise to continue leveraging its role as one of the province's major industrial infrastructure developers.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai and the working delegation inspect the 110kV Yen Phong 2 Substation, which supplies electricity to the Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park.

He called on the company to promote synchronous investment in industrial parks, urban areas, and supporting service facilities, while closely coordinating with provincial agencies in investment procedures, site clearance, and the attraction of high-quality projects.

Thai also requested provincial departments, sectors, and local authorities to continue supporting businesses, enhance the effectiveness of administrative reforms, and promptly address difficulties and obstacles facing key projects.

He emphasised the need to focus on the synchronised development of energy infrastructure, industrial park infrastructure, and essential technical works, thereby creating a solid foundation for Bac Ninh to maintain a high growth rate and promote modern, sustainable industrial development.
