Site work almost done for Viet Yen Golf Course project

(BGO) – Viet Yen Golf
Course project has been executed in Huong Mai and Trung Son communes in Viet
Yen district (Bac Giang province) with total area of 140ha and investment of
1,214 billion VND (52.6 million USD) by investor Truong An Golf Investment
Joint Stock Company.
The investor has coordinated with the People’s Committee in Viet Yen district to count the land and property in more than 137 ha, accounting for 98 percent of the total area with value for site work and compensation of over 74 billion VND (3.2 million USD). Besides, the investor submitted land leasing document in the first period for about 17.68 ha and completed document in second period for 34.6 ha.

Viet Yen district and competent agencies are focusing on defining the land origin for the remaining area, resettling, removing the cemetery... to ensure the progress.
