(BGO) - The People’s Committee in Viet Yen district (Bac Giang province) on May 12 ( lunar April 12) held a ceremony to announce the Decision recognizing traditional mud ball wrestling festival in Van village as national intangible cultural heritage.

Unique mud ball wrestling festival in Viet Yen ready for visitors
(BGO) - The mud ball wrestling festival is held in Yen Vien village, Van Ha commune (Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province) on the 12th, 13th and 14th days of the fourth lunar month (May 12, 13 and 14) featuring many unique events. With special identities, it has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
