Duy, 28, was nominated in the category along with teams of art directors in charge of four other albums: "For The Birds: The Birdsong Project" by various artists, American rock band Neutral Milk Hotel’s album "The Collected Works Of Neutral Milk Hotel," American musician Bo Burnham’s album "Inside: Deluxe Box Set," and American musician Lou Reed’s album "Words & Music, May 1965 - Deluxe Edition."
Presented since 1995 to an album’s art directors, the award is to honor quality boxed sets or special limited-edition packages, as its name suggests.
Duy wrote on his Facebook: "People surrounding me have always been my biggest inspiration and motivation. I will surely have a longer, more complete, and deeper thank you note after I calm down."
Awards winners will be announced at the 2024 Grammy awards night, set to take place on Feb. 4, 2024, at the Los Angeles-based Crypto.com Arena, according to The Guardian.
Graduated from the ArtCenter College of Design in the U.S., Duy is now a Hanoi-based creative director. He also founded his own graphic design studio.
