VK Tech students trained on semiconductor manufacturing processes
This is an intensive training course over 3 semesters for about 100 second-year students in the following majors: Electricity, electronics, mechanics - electronics to provide human resources for Hana Micron's semiconductor production line.

The company technical experts coordinate with school lecturers to participate in teaching and students can practice at the company production lines. After completing the course, students will be granted a certificate which help them earn one grade of salary increment later when they are accepted to work at the company.
Since 2021, VK Tech has cooperated with Hana Micron in training and supplying human resources. The company has recruited 133 graduates from VK Tech. From now to 2025, the Hana Micron plans to recruit more than 300 equipment operators and 49 information technology employees.
Recently, Hana Micron has inaugurated the project to build the first semiconductor factory in the North. Currently, the company is developing a system of semiconductor industries in Vietnam to serve the development of artificial intelligence and automation.
Vietnam is currently the destination of a number of companies operating in the world's major semiconductor industry such as Intel, Samsung, Amkor.
