The rest of the top 10 were Kyoto in Japan, Sydney in Australia and Osaka in Japan.

"Japan continues to attract visitors in record numbers, surpassing pre-Covid levels — and stylish, captivating Tokyo remains not just the gateway but the primary destination for most travelers," the organizing committee wrote.
