Bac Giang administrative procedure implementation and public service provision fully satisfied
BAC GIANG - According to the assessment on the National Public Service Portal, 100% of people and businesses are satisfied with the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services in Bac Giang province.
To achieve that result, local departments, sectors and localities have promoted administrative procedure reform, simplified dossier components and processing time, regularly propagated and guided people and businesses to use online public services.

At the same time, the competent agencies have enhanced the responsibility of the staff in receiving and processing documents so as to increase the rate of returning result on time and ahead of the due date.
The average rate of on-time processing of documents in the province hits over 98% with some outstanding localities such as: Bac Giang City, Yen Dung District, Viet Yen Town...
In addition, the province directs specialized agencies and district-level People's Committees to timely handle 78 reflections and recommendations on the Public Service Portal, thereby, helping raise the satisfaction of people and businesses.
At the National Public Service Portal, Bac Giang province has fully opened the components and structures of 1,919 administrative procedures under its authority; provided 1,285 online public services, of which full-process online public services account for 28.5%.
