The detailed planning was approved by the Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 11/QD-UBND dated January 13, 2021, under which the urban area will cover 61.12 hectares and have a population of nearly 7,000.

Its North borders agricultural land and part of the residential area of Tan Hoa village, Hop Duc commune. The South is adjacent to the Tan Tien, Trong Ha and Ngoai Ha residential areas of Cao Thuong township. 

The East borders the residential area of Tan Hoa village, Hop Duc commune, while the West adjoins the Bui and Dinh street residential areas of Cao Thuong township.

This is defined as a new urban area with modern social and technical infrastructure, contributing to concretizing the general planning for building the expanded Cao Thuong township and the vicinity of Tan Yen district with a vision to 2035.

The main items prioritized for investment include kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, medical station, trade center, high-rise buildings, adjacent houses, transport systems, cultural houses, parks, parking lots, and landscapes along traffic routes...

After announcing the detailed planning, local authorities will make it public and take the next steps to implement the project.
