The province approved for zoning planning to build Duc Giang IP in Yen Dung district (ratio 1/2000) on about 287.54 hectares.

Duc Giang is a concentrated and multi-sectoral IP with modern and advanced technology, mainly processing, manufacturing, producing and assembling industries with high technology and friendly to the environment.

Hana Micron Vina Co., Ltd. continues investing to expand the production plant in 2023 – 2026 period in Bac Giang province.

Second phase of extended Hoa Phu IP was planned on about 222 hectares (ratio 1/2000) in Hiep Hoa district.

This is a multi-sectoral and general IP with modern and advanced technology, mainly processing, manufacturing, producing and assembling industries with high technology and friendly to the environment.

Detailed construction planning of Nghia Hung IP in Lang Giang district (ratio 1/500) was approved on about 151.79 hectares.

The IP attracts various sectors of processing, manufacturing, manufacturing and assembling industries with high technology and friendly to the environment.

The province approved for the zoning planning to build Tien Son – Ninh Son IP in Viet Yen district (ratio 1/2000) on 222.98 hectares, dividing in 89.57 hectares in the first phase on the east of the existing Cau river dike (within the dyke) and 133.41 hectares in the west of the existing Cau river dike (outside the dyke).

This IP attracts manufacturing industries of mechanical products, machinery and equipment, molds, jewelry, metal production, sports equipment, toys and building materials among others.

Xuan Cam – Huong Lam IP was approved to build on 224.02 hectares in Hiep Hoa district (ratio 1/2000).

This IP prioritizes the manufacturing industries of electrical, electronic, refrigeration, precision mechanical equipment with high technology serving the electronics and technology industries…

According to the provincial IP Management Board, in 2021-2030 period, the Prime Minister approved for the planning of 29 IP on total area of about 7,000 hectares in Bac Giang.

So far, the investment policy of 8 IP has been approved by the Prime Minister on a total natural land of nearly 2,000 hectares.

Regarding investment attraction, in the first 6 months of this year, Bac Giang province issued new investment certificates to 31 projects in the industrial parks (27 foreign direct investment (FDI) and 4 domestic projects (DDI)) while approving for 96 investors to adjust the projects (including 20 projects with increased investment capital). Total newly registered and adjusted investment capital hit over 1.2 billion USD.

In accumulation, there are 462 valid investment projects, including 348 FDI and 114 DDI projects with total registered investment capital of more than 8.5 billion USD and 18,152 billion VND. The executed capital is estimated at about 5.69 billion USD and about 10,153 billion VND.

Recently, many global corporations have chosen Bac Giang province to "make nest" for long-term investment and production.
