The event was attended by Le Anh Duong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, representatives from Departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, more than 500 youth members who are owners of typical economic models and students at the university and colleges.

The contest drew the great attention from numerous youth members since being launched in March 2018 with 106 submitted ideas in the multifield of agriculture, industry, trade, service among others. After several rounds, the Jury selected 10 best ideas to the final.

At the event, 3 inventors and groups of inventors directly gave a presentation about the project content, execution process and feasibility.

They included the models of producing and distributing SoLan Solanum procumbens effervescent tablet of Nguyen Van Duy, Nguyen Van Tien and Nong Minh Khoi (Lang Giang district); pearl oyster farming in freshwater to create human friendly product that closely attaches with experience travel of Truong Dinh Tung (Luc Nam district); developing full day and half-day tours of experience travel in Bac Giang province of youth members Duong Thi Huong Giang, Hoang Thi Thuy, Nguyen Huu Bong (Bac Giang University of Agro-Forestry).

10 best ideas are awarded in the ceremony.

In the end, the Jury gave comment and evaluation. Inventor Truong Dinh Tung won the first prize for his model of pearl oyster farming in freshwater while the second prizes were awarded to the two others.

Also, 3 third prizes and 4 consolidation prizes were granted to the youth members with good ideas. The Youth Union took the occasion to honor 10 exemplary members who have gained excellent achievements in doing business in 2018.

(BGO)- Nguyen Van Thanh Long (born in 2000) has graduated from Lang Giang No 3 high school who is one of a few students accepted to become a Party member when he was still at high school. Long not only proactively takes part in the youth union's activities but also fancies scientific and technical research.
