Among them, over 13,600 people are working in the country and the others are working abroad. The employees mainly come to Viet Yen township and the districts of Yen Dung, Lang Giang, Luc Nam, Tan Yen and Hiep Hoa for work in the sectors of garment, electronics, constructions, mechanics and sale.

In order to fulfil the year plan to create jobs for 32,200 labourers in 2024 including 1,800 people working overseas, the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs will continue collaborating with local party committees, governments and unions to communicate and provide job consultancy.

Besides, the Department directed the provincial Job Service Center to improve quality of the job transaction floor, organize online and mobile transactions to connect recruiters to labourers. In addition, this agency will strengthen inspection and management of the job services, especially recruitment and employment of the companies in Bac Giang and other provinces.
