Bac Giang develops trademark of Yen The hill chicken

(BGO) – Currently, there is a flock of 14 million chickens in Yen The district, Bac Giang province. Thanks to the due attention of the competent authority, the local chicken breeding households have focused on improving the product quality and creating the safe clean chicken with clear origin. The trademark of Yen The hill chicken is affirmed and earns customers’ belief, helping increase the chicken-based production value of over 1.2 trillion VND (52.6 million USD) per year.

Yen The Dabaco Center of chicken variety has been inaugurated in Tam Tien commune, Yen The district, totally capitalized of 10 million USD with modern equipment system. It is designed to annually produce about 5 million bloodstock chickens.

Hatchery facilities for such varieties of Ho, fighting-cock, hybrid chicken of Nguyen Tien Manh (Tam Tien commune) is able to produce 50,000 qualified chicks monthly.

The family of Lang Van Lieu in La Thanh hamlet, Tien Thang commune earns high income from chicken breeding.
