Bac Giang establishes 4 working groups to help businesses recruit workers
The working delegations will be led by PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong; PPC Vice Chairman Mai Son, Le O Pich and Phan The Tuan together with leaders and staff of specialized departments and some businesses with large recruitment needs.

In each locality, the delegation will work with the provincial People's Committee to agree on policies and plans to coordinate and organize activities to support job creation for workers so as to ensure the supply of human resources for businesses in Bac Giang province.
In particular, conference will be held at the Offices of the People's Committees of 4 provinces to promote and attract labor in both direct and online forms (which is connected to local points at the district and communal People's Committees).
Bac Giang province will provide information on the socio-economic development; production and business activities; labor recruitment needs, working conditions and incentives of companies for workers...
It is among the activities in phase 1 of Plan No. 44/KH- People's Committee dated February 29, 2024 of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province on promoting and attracting workers to work at local enterprises. At the end of phase 1, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province will continue organizing working trips to other provinces and cities.
According to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, by 2024, businesses in the province need to recruit more than 100,000 workers focusing on the electronics and garment industries. Some big employers are Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Company Limited in Van Trung Industrial Park and Quang Chau Industrial Park (40,000people); Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Company Limited in Van Trung Industrial Park (27,000 people); Foxconn Technology Group in Quang Chau Industrial Park (27,000 people); Vietnam Lens Technology Company Limited in Quang Chau Industrial Park (12,000 people).
