Bac Giang grants, adjusts investment licences for five projects

(BGO) - According to the provincial Management Board of Industrial Zones, since the beginning of this year, competent authorities have granted and adjusted investment registration certificates for five projects. Of which, three projects were adjusted with an additional capital of 6.7 million USD. 

The two new projects are Hoan My Plastic Factory, which specializes in manufacturing plastic components for cars and motorcycles and electronic equipment of Hoan My Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company based in the Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park (Bac Giang city), with total registered investment capital of about 5 million USD; and 1-million-USD Inno Technology Factory project invested by Hwang HyunSu from the Repulic of Korea, specializing in manufacturing and processing electronic components and molds in the Dinh Tram Industrial Park (Viet Yen district).

After getting the licences, the project owners have urgently been completing the procedures to build the factories in order to make them operational soon.

In the 2016-2020 period, Bac Giang attracted nearly 6 billion USD, 2.1 times more than the previous period. In 2020, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it still lured more than 1.25 billion USD. So far, the province has had more than 1,770 valid projects with a total registered capital of about 10.1 billion USD, continuously listing itself in the top 10 provinces in investment attraction in the country.
