Typical units returned many profile ahead of the schedule such as the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (more than 133,000 documents); Department of Industry and Trade (more than 29,000 documents); Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (more than 11,000 documents); Department of Justice (more than 24,000 documents).

According to Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center Nguyen Van Duan, right from the beginning of this year, the Center has coordinated with departments and specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Committee to review and reduce processing time and simplify the document components for some administrative procedures, helping reduce the procedure handling time by 30 to 60 percent compared to regulations.

Also, the Center arranges staff to regularly monitor and strictly control the actual process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures of departments, agencies and units as well as the electronic one-stop software system.

Besides, competent agencies timely advise the Provincial People's Committee to honor and reward the departments and branches with a high number of profiles solved ahead of the deadline or rectify and criticize units with expired documents, helping positively contribute to the province's administrative reform.
