(BGO) – Implementing the task of
administrative reform in 2021, the Department of Information and Communication in
Bac Giang province now chairs and coordinates with the Office of the provincial
People’s Committee and relevant organizations to integrate and link 369 online
public services supplied on the provincial Public Service Portal (http://dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn)
to the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn).
They included 133 public services at level 3, 236 services at level 4.
The competent agencies promptly complete the linkage of online payment to the public service at level 4 on the National Public Service Portal with expected completion date in August 2021.

After the integration, the civilian only needs to log in once time (by the social insurance code or number of identification card), the information will be used to log in the public service portals of ministry, sector and localities as well as later transaction. This solution saved time and travel cost, especially procedures relating to many agencies.
The provincial Public Service Portal now provides 1,380 online public services at level 3 and 4 with many functions to ease the organizations and individuals to proceed the administrative procedures such as account identification by One Time Password (OTP), evaluation of the satisfaction to state agencies in charge of the administrative procedure.
