The GRDP has been scaled up; the whole year's value (current price) is estimated at 181.8 trillion VND (about 7.6 billion USD), exceeding 0.2 percent of the yearly plan.

The GRDP per capita hit 3,950 USD, exceeding 3 percent of the year's plan. The economic structure has shifted strongly towards increasing the industrial proportion. The industrial production value (current prices) for the whole year is about 539 trillion VND, exceeding 6.2 percent of the year's plan.

Regarding the agricultural production, key crops are further cultivated towards large-scale production with cooperation and linkage in the value chain. The technical progress and advanced production processes such as VietGAP, GlobalGAP... are widely applied. The animal husbandry sector continues to shift strongly towards reducing small-scale farming and increasing the scale of concentrated livestock farming in a closed chain.

All fields of transportation, information, post and telecommunications, trade, finance, banking, labor and employment, social order and safety, the price index increased steadily and remained stable.
