Bac Giang pilots digital signature in administrative procedures

(BGO) – The Department of Information and Communications of the northern province of Bac Giang has piloted digital signatures in processing administrative applications of local units.

The decision was made based on a survey on handling administrative procedures at the single-window divisions of several units at the local Public Administration Centre.

The digital signatures have been applied to the following procedures: permits for holding press conferences, permits for publication of non-commercial documents, permits for the import of non-commercial publications, karaoke business licences, change of tour guide cards, content modification of high school qualifications, notification of use, change and deregistration of seals of businesses/branches/representative offices.

The pilot period runs from December 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017./.
