To achieve this goal, the province has recently promoted investment promotion in the direction of attracting large-scale, high-tech and environmental protection projects; focusing on investing in industrial park infrastructure, traffic connections, and other supporting infrastructure; promptly removing bottlenecks and improving the investment and business environment.
The province now has 10 IPs which were approved for investment policy with a total planning area of over 2,400 hectares.
Currently, three IPs are fully occupied (Dinh Tram, Song Khe - Noi Hoang, Van Trung); three IPs are 95% full (Quang Chau, Hoa Phu, phase 1 of Vietnam - Korea); Tan Hung industrial park is 83% full while three others are in the process of completing infrastructure and calling for investment.

To date, the IPs have attracted 513 investment projects (397 foreign investment projects and 116 domestic investment projects) with a total registered capital of nearly 11.2 billion USD and 25.1 trillion VND (over 1 billion USD); realized capital is estimated at about 7.9 billion USD and nearly 12.4 trillion VND.
502 enterprises are now operating and creating jobs for about 221,000 laborers. In 2023, the average income of workers reached 8 million VND per person per month, an increase of 400,000 VND per person per month compared to 2022. With stable jobs and incomes, the lives of the majority of workers in the province's industrial parks have been improved significantly.
Employment creation in localities has been effectively implemented, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring local social security and achieving the provincial sustainable poverty reduction target.
In addition to the number of employees in the province and other provinces, there are currently 9,300 laborers from China, Republic of Korea and Japan among others holding various positions such as manager, executive director, expert and technical worker in the IPs.
The owners of most enterprises have paid due attention to caring for employees who are considered the most important resource to maintain and develop production and business. Thanks to that, the province's labor market has a strong attraction.
