Accordingly, PPC Chairman ordered the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) to chair and cooperate with the provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the People’s Committee in the districts and city as well as relevant agencies to grasp the demand of labour employment of local companies so as to have timely and effective solution for support.

The province issued document and sent to the DoLISA in the provinces and cities (from Nghe An province Northward) asking for assistance and communication about labour employment demand of local businesses while directing the Job Service Centers to cooperate with Bac Giang provincial Job Service Center to connect the demand – supply of labour employment for the enterprises.

The provincial Job Service Center joined hands with the enterprises and Job Service Center in other provinces and cities to launch more online transaction sessions to expand the linkage of labour demand and supply.

The Industrial Park Management Board regularly watched over and summed up the demand for labour employment of enterprises inside the industrial parks; cooperated with provincial Job Service Center, the People’s Committee in the districts and city to provide businesses’ employment information to the labours for registration.

Meanwhile, the province requested businesses to assign staff to participate in the job transaction session to inform the labour about content relating to employment and welfare policy of the company.
