Bac Giang provincial leader receives Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam
At the reception, the PPC Secretary expressed his delight to welcome the Ambassador and the delegates. He briefed the guest on local geological advantages and high cooperative result between Bac Giang province and Chinese partners.

China businesses ranked second in the number of investment projects (only after Republic of Korea) and first in total registered capital among 27 countries and territories investing to the province.
Currently, Bac Giang has housed 171 Chinese investment projects with total registered capital of 3.4 billion USD, accounting for nearly 50 percent of total foreign direct investment to Bac Giang. China is defined as the key traditional market with high export ratio of local industrial products, farm produce and lychees.

The provincial leader proposed Chinese Ambassador to further support Bac Giang province in consuming lychee and agriculture products via the international intermodal railway station; provide diverse information about Chinese market economy, law, commercial and business custom to domestic and local businesses.
Meanwhile, PPC Secretary called on the Ambassador’s assistance to expand the import and export market for local goods and services; reduce the restriction on import technical barriers for farm produce and food.

The Ambassador was suggested to introduce more big enterprises with modern technology qualification and advanced equipment from China to invest in Bac Giang province as well as promote to establish local cooperative relation.
Speaking at the event, Chinese Ambassador Xiong Bo pressed his deep impression on the socio-economy situation and recent growth rate in Bac Giang amid severe impact by Covid-19 pandemic.
With his role, the Ambassador confirmed to continue introducing more Chinese investors to the province and welcome local lychee export to China. He affirmed that China-Vietnam relation is at the best stage as comrades and brothers with many opportunities for cooperation and development…
