Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Mai Son voiced at the meeting. |
According to the Decision on investment policy, the phase 1 and phase 2 of the project must be completed in the first quarter 2021; however, the land clearance has not been finished by now. It is caused by ineffective collaboration among consultant, local government and investor in implementation of the project. Majority of the remaining land area has complicated origin, which lacks of records or the records are unclear. Besides, there is big discrepancy between the areas in the land use right certificates and real areas while violation of purchase and transfer of land use right took time to review and define origin.
