Recently, the departments, sectors and localities have strengthened to guide citizen to use electronic identification account issued by the Ministry of Public Security, account on National Public Service Portal to proceed online public services to handle administrative procedure on provincial Portal.

The one stop shop in Lang Giang district is invested modernly to meet the demand of digital transformation.

Also, the competent agencies instruct the citizens to post and update personal relevant data to reuse the papers that are component of document during proceeding online public services.

The electronic one stop shops at all levels are ordered to digitalize the component of document and settlement result as regulation.

In 2023, Bac Giang province regularly ranked in top 10 localities nationwide in the index of leadership, management and evaluation of the serving quality to business and citizen in implementing the administrative procedures and online public service online.
