Bac Giang to organize series of events to promote consumption of lychee and other key, signature products in 2022
Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee will host conference on “Trade promotion, promoting consumption of lychee and key and signature products of the province to the US market in 2022” in both in-person and virtual methods. This event is scheduled from 8h00 to 9h30 on March 29, 2022 at the Headquarter of the provincial People’s Committee.

Besides, the province will organize a ceremony to launch the export of early-ripen lychee to the US and Japan. This event will be hosted by the People’s Committee of Tan Yen and Luc Ngan districts in collaboration with the provincial departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Office of the provincial People’s Committee, exporters of early- ripen lychee to the US and Japan, press agencies and related agencies. This event is scheduled on May 18 in Tan Yen and Luc Ngan districts (the main event will be held in Tan Yen district).
The Department of Industry and Trade will collaborate with the Office of the provincial People’s Committee, department of Agriculture and Rural Development, department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, department of Foreign Affairs and people’s committee of the districts growing lychee, related agencies and units from the central ministries to organize a series of events and the conference to promote consumption of lychee. These events will take place from 8h00 to 11h00 on May 25 at the provincial Convention Center.
Besides, the Department of Industry and Trade will organize a series of events to promote consumption of lychee and other key and signature products of the province in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces.
In order for effective organization of the trade promotion events, the provincial People’s Committee assigned the Office of the provincial People’s Committee to collaborate with related departments, agencies, units and people’s committee of the districts to make detailed plans for implementation of the mentioned contents.
