20 procedures are newly declared, 19 procedures are revised and supplemented, 12 procedures are replaced. Besides, 12 procedures which are invalid or not suitable to the current regulation are removed.

The update of administrative procedure to the National Public Service Portal facilitates organization and citizen to search for information.

Recently, the province has instructed the departments, sectors and competent agencies to review and reduce the time to handle the administrative procedures with regulated period of over 15 days as well as simplify the document and implementation process.

Apart from updating the administrative procedures to the National Public Service Portal on Administrative procedure, they are posted on the provincial Legal Information System and provincial Portal.

The regular update of new procedures help facilitate the citizens and enterprises in document searching and using.
