According to reports of the related agencies, 2 projects finished in late 2019, 4 projects are planned to finish in 2020 and other 2 projects will finish in 2022. To date, the total 346 billion VND (14.9 million USD) has been disbursed and 46.8 billion VND (2.02 million USD) was disbursed in 2019.

The ODA projects in Bac Giang province have been implemented as scheduled under the capital planning in 2019 and the approved master plan of the sign agreements.

Up to present, 2 projects have been completed as scheduled including the provincial hospital development project, phase 2 with the loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the medical waste treatment project with loan from the World Bank (WB).

Some projects are in good progress such as the programme on expanding rural hygiene and clean water based on the loan from the World Bank and rural power supply of the national electricity grid in Bac Giang province in period from 2018 to 2020.

The other projects are facing some obstacles related to administrative procedures, land clearance and resettlement. The provincial People’s Committee directed the investors to pay high attention and provide solutions to remove obstacles for all of the programmes and projects and accelerate the implementation and disbursement process in coming time.

135 projects become operational in Bac Ninh’s industrial parks in 2019
