Updated: 16:25, 15/07/2026

BAC NINH – The northern province of Bac Ninh has provided employment counselling and job placement services to more than 33,000 workers so far this year through a series of job fairs and recruitment events, local authorities said.

The Bac Ninh Employment Service Centre organised 45 job transactions during the period, including 36 regular sessions, two mobile fairs, two online events and two thematic recruitment programmes.

Staff of the Bac Ninh Employment Service Centre provides career counselling and job information to young workers.

The centre also held three job fairs targeting ethnic minority workers and Vietnamese labourers returning from jobs in South Korea and Japan.

Nearly 200 companies participated in the recruitment events, which attracted more than 33,000 job seekers seeking policy advice and employment opportunities.

More than 6,000 workers were recruited directly, while the remainder were matched with suitable vacancies and scheduled for interviews.

Based on labour market data collected from nearly 1,000 enterprises across the province, businesses are expected to recruit around 107,000 workers by the end of the year, mainly unskilled labourers accounting for about 80% of demand.

The largest recruitment needs are concentrated in the electronics, textile and garment, packaging and service sectors.

Major employers with large hiring plans include Foxconn Technology Group in Dinh Tram Industrial Park with demand for 27,000 workers, Fushan Technology Vietnam in VSIP Industrial Park with 10,000 vacancies, Crystal Martin Vietnam in Quang Chau Industrial Park with 5,500 positions, and Goertek Vina in Nam Son-Hap Linh Industrial Park seeking 5,000 workers.
