In addition, 369 branches and representative offices were registered, along with 2,142 new business locations. Officials attributed the strong growth to the province’s efficient handling of administrative procedures through online public services.

The increase also followed the Politburo’s Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, issued on May 4, 2025, which prioritizes resources to support the private sector, spurring a sharp rise in new business formations.

As of now, Bac Ninh is home to more than 47,200 enterprises with total registered capital exceeding 733 trillion VND.

Notable investors include Masterise Airport Company Limited in Bac Giang Ward with 29.3 trillion VND in registered capital, and Thai Bao Infrastructure and Real Estate Development JSC with 1.5 trillion VND.

The influx of new businesses has contributed to higher budget revenues, job creation, and industrial output growth across the province.

During the same period, Bac Ninh’s industrial production value (at current prices) reached over 1.76 quadrillion VND, up 15.32% from a year earlier.
