In 2025, IZA successfully implemented state management under their authority when the number of new investment projects keeps increasing, securing Bac Ninh’s position in top 5 leading provinces and cities in investment attraction.

The province issued investment registration certificates to 322 secondary projects with total capital of over 2.681 billion USD and approved adjustment to investment registration certificates of 755 secondary projects including 209 adjustments to investment capital with 3.242 billion USD of added capital.

The total investment capital of newly certified projects and adjusted capital (including industrial park infrastructure projects) was reported at some 7.074 billion USD as of 30 November 2025, reaching 168.4 percent of the target set by the provincial People’s Committee.

IZA will continue to better investment attraction in 2026 with a priority for big investors with cutting-edge technologies, competitive products and high added value.

It will strive to approve 2 or 3 industrial park infrastructure development projects, promote investment attraction to industrial parks (both new and adjusted projects) to reach from 1.6 billion USD and complete land clearance and hand over from 300 hectares for infrastructure investors.

The authority will support enterprises in production and business to achieve 2.390 quadrillion VND (90.7 trillion USD) of industrial production value, up 16.6 percent compared to 2025 and 92.4 billion USD of import-export value.
