Key components of the project include an internal road network, a connecting road to National Highway 1 and branch routes, drainage systems for storm and surface water, a regulating reservoir, a wastewater treatment area, lighting and communication systems, green spaces, and other auxiliary facilities.

In preparation for the groundbreaking, local authorities and businesses coordinated efforts in land clearance, compensation, and public communication to secure consensus among residents and ensure the timely handover of cleared land to the investor.

Currently, the developer is following the approved plan and using the leased land within the designated boundaries and purposes. The company has also pledged to comply with legal regulations related to land, investment, construction, and environmental protection.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2026, expected to add to the supply of industrial real estate and attract new investors to the area.
