Funding will come entirely from the provincial budget. Construction is scheduled to take place between 2026 and 2029. Of the total cost, around 552 billion VND will be used for land clearance, compensation and resettlement, with the remainder allocated to construction works.
The Bac Ninh Project Management Board for Transport and Agriculture No.1 has been assigned to lead project preparation and coordinate with relevant agencies to accelerate implementation in the coming period.
The project is expected to not only improve traffic flow between key industrial zones but also enhance the province’s attractiveness to investors by modernizing its transport infrastructure.
