Bac Ninh to invest more than 1 trillion VND in Nghia Trung industrial cluster
BAC NINH - Bac Ninh province has approved the establishment of the Nghia Trung industrial cluster in Viet Yen Ward, with an area of about 75 hectares and total investment of more than 1.067 trillion VND (41.1 million USD).
Green Nexus Industrial Development JSC has been selected as the developer of the cluster’s technical infrastructure.

The industrial cluster will be developed under a green, clean and environmentally friendly model, with a focus on efficient use of energy and natural resources.
It will have modern, integrated infrastructure, including internal roads, power and water supply, lighting, green spaces, drainage, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste management and fire prevention and fighting systems.
The project will establish separate systems for rainwater drainage and wastewater collection, as well as a centralized wastewater treatment plant using suitable technology to ensure wastewater meet environmental technical standards before being discharged into receiving water sources.
The cluster is expected to attract investment in food production and processing, excluding livestock and poultry slaughtering, beverage production, clothing, luggage, handbags and footwear manufacturing, wood processing and wood, bamboo and rattan products, as well as paper and packaging production.
The project is scheduled to be implemented from August 2026 through June 2029. It will have an operating term of 50 years from the date receiving the State’s decision of allocating or leasing the land or approving a change in land-use purpose.
