The projects include the upgrading of Provincial Road 291B and its branch route, Provincial Road 297 and a branch of Provincial Road 296C, and Provincial Road 291C, together with connecting roads. They will be financed from the provincial budget.

The combined length of the three projects is about 23.1 km. The roads will be built to Class IV mountainous road standards, featuring a 7.5-metre roadbed, 5.5-metre carriageway, and 2-metre shoulders.

The largest project is the upgrade of Provincial Road 291B and its branch, with an estimated investment of 868.2 billion VND in Luc Ngan, Deo Gia and Tuan Dao communes.

The Provincial Road 297 and Provincial Road 296C branch project is valued at 570.7 billion VND while the Provincial Road 291C upgrade and its connecting roads will require 806.9 billion VND.

Provincial officials said the investments are intended to improve the transport network in line with planning, enhance freight capacity, strengthen connectivity among localities and support regional socio-economic development.
