According to the representative of Tay Yen Tu Services Joint Stock Company (Company), the acceptance inspection was done to put the cable car system into use. Besides, the Company is striving to complete the stream-side restaurant and the entrance gate to the central square within this June and July is set as the deadline to inaugurate the cable car station and the bridge connecting Ha (Lower) pagoda to the station. 

In addition, the Company scheduled to complete planting trees, creating the landscape hills and architectural sculpture in September. Currently, they are conducting recruitment to start operation of different divisions in the tourism complex. Thuong (Upper) pagoda is being completed with interior decorations.

On this occasion, the Company asked the competent sectors and local authority to hand over the cleared land area and move the dump site of Tuan Mau commune away from the tourism area. In the coming time, the people’s committee of Son Dong district will continue directing Tuan Mau commune to guide the households excluded in the planning area to finalize the related procedures for land ownership certificates. Besides, they will give decisions on land reclamation; approve the plan on clearance compensation and call for or apply compulsory land reclamation to some households.

Cable car system at Tay Yen Tu has been taken over and put into operation.

After checking the operation of the cable cars and progress of the items, Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong requested the related agencies and units to speed up the progress to run the cable cars and inaugurate Thuong pagoda on 2 September (the Vietnamese Independence Day). 

The People’s Committee of Son Dong district was required to closely collaborate with the Company to carry out land clearance and compensation, strictly manage land conditions and direct the Tuan Mau communal People’s Committee to allocate the dump site at the proper position avoiding to affect the tourism complex. 

The provincial Department of Construction should promptly investigate and design the sewage system at Ha pagoda to handle the landslides. The Company was urged to make further efforts to accelerate the construction progress and finalize the legal procedures to bring the items into operation in the tourism complex. Besides, a due attention should be paid to ensuring the environmental sanitation around Thuong pagoda and the items near the cable car station.
