The district revoked 140.2 hectares of land from 1,830 households and individuals. Of the total, Tan Dinh has 9.5 hectares of land belonging to 190 families and individuals, Xuong Lam 31.9 hectares of 473 families and individuals, Tan Hung 19.5 hectares of 354 families and individuals and Huong Son 79.3 hectares of 813 families and individuals.

The district also announced the resettlement for 171 households and individuals having 4.07 hectares of residential land revoked. Relevant authorities have made a checklist of land for residence, perennial crop cultivation and production forest of 169 out of 189 households in Huong Son commune as well as 5.3 hectares of land for annual crops of 380 out of 1,423 households. The move was made to pay compensation and inform organisations about works affected by the expressway to evacuate in line with the plan.

Last year, the district compensated and moved 182/182 graves, took back land and supported the first phase of land clearance in Huong Son, Tan Hung, Xuong Lam and Tan Dinh communes with a total area of 23.3 hectares. It paid 45.2 billion VND (1.98 million USD) in compensation for 520 households and individuals.

Lang Giang district set up four working groups to speed up site clearance progress and hand over land for construction units as soon as possible.
