To accelerate the progress, the provincial People’s Committee has allocated nearly 76 billion VND (3.3 million USD) from the State capital source and local budget to assist the communes fulfill difficult such criteria as transport, irrigation, cultural infrastructure and environment.

Accordingly, each commune will be provided with financial aid of 4-4.9 billion VND, an increase of 1-2 billion VND from the previous year.

Currently, coordination offices for the new-style rural area programme of the province, districts and city are providing the communes with guidance on proper use of the assistance while seeking to increase investment resources.
