Returning to production amid the complicated developments of Covid-19, the company has built a strict disease management model that is completely different from before. Now, workers have their temperature taken a second time before entering the workshops and are required to change their medical masks and put the old ones in the dustbin. Only workers who meet health and safety conditions are allowed to work in workshops.
The company arranges two work shifts to reduce the density of workers in the workshops and install new iron net partitions between the desks of employees. Workers are divided into small groups (10-15 people per group) in each workshop, and sit 1-1.5 meters apart during the working process.

In the canteen, workers all must wash their hands with sanitizer before sitting on the table and follow a line, ensuring a distance of 2 meters. They eat at different times to limit large gatherings and are asked not to talk while eating.
Locking down pandemic-hit areas if any
At this time, the company has nearly 1,400 workers working at two projects in the Quang Chau and Dinh Tram IPs. Before returning to work, all of them had samples taken for PCR tests, ensuring enough times with negative results.

In recent days, the company has welcomed back hundreds of more workers from Viet Yen and some other districts and taken them to a separate area renovated for testing and quarantine for five days. After the results are available, the company will organize vaccination against Covid-19 for workers. Those with negative testing results are allowed to return to work.
At the same time, the enterprise established a team to inspect and supervise pandemic prevention and control throughout the company in order to promptly fix shortcomings; and 606 Covid-19 safety groups (16 people per group) in workshops to manage epidemic prevention work at each group. The members of each group are responsible for supporting the company’s steering committee for Covid-19 prevention and control in monitoring the health of each employee.

Currently, all workers must make daily medical declarations and install the Bluezone application to warn of the risk of infection. They sign a commitment to implementing anti-pandemic measures at the company. Customers coming for business affairs are subject to on-site medical control and information storage for at least 28 days at the enterprise.
According to a representative of the Fuhong Precision Components Co., Ltd., the company has developed pandemic prevention and control plans. If the pandemic breaks out in any workshop, that workshop will be locked down to trace related persons for quarantine in an area already arranged in the enterprise. Other workshops still operate normally to maintain production, avoid disruptions in economic activities and global supply chains.
