Ha Nhi group is one of 19 ethnic groups in Dien Bien, living mainly in the westernmost land of Muong Nhe district.

“Co Nhe Cha”, traditional New Year of Ha Nhi ethnic people is celebrated at the end of the 10th or the beginning of the 11th lunar month annually.
