The Hanoi Municipal City People’s Committee has recently issued the plan from the 2022-2023 school year for pre-school education, general education and continuing education in Hanoi.

The plan also stipulates the timelines for the 2022-2023 school year for preschool, general and continuing education in the city.

Accordingly, all levels of education will start the first semester from September 5, 2022; end the first semester before January 15, 2023; complete the education plan for the second semester before May 25, 2023; end the school year before May 31, 2023; consider the recognition of completion of the primary school programme and consider the recognition of secondary school graduation before June 30, 2023; and complete the enrolment of the first classes before July 31, 2023.

Regarding the time of organising the high school graduation exam, the national excellent students' contest and the national science and technology exam, will follow the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.
