According to the provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Bac Ninh currently has 23 ongoing industrial parks (IP) with approximately 2,000 enterprises.

From early in the morning, the leaders of Samsung stand at the company gate to welcome workers returning to work on the first working day of Lunar New Year.

As of February 23, most of the companies resumed their operation with over 500,000 workers returning to work, enabling the companies to maintain their stable production.

Nguyen Thi Linh (33 years old from Hai Phong city), an employee at the quality control department of Samsung Electronics Vietnam came to the company early in the morning.

This year, Samsung secured its salary, bonus policies and welfare benefits before and after Tet to encourage employees to return to work and remain committed to the company for a long time.

Workers of Hana Micron Vina Company Limited start their work shifts right at the beginning of the year.

Similarly, workers in Hana Micron Vina (in Van Trung IP) took over the shift one after another and started new work shifts on the morning of the 7th day of the Lunar New Year. Previously, this company ran some production lines through Tet and offered high bonuses to motivate workers.

Apart from enterprises in industrial parks, other companies also resumed their operation on the 7th day of the Lunar New Year.

Thanks to good policies for employees, most workers returned to work after Tet in high spirits. Such caring policies motivated them to stay long with their work, contributing to tightening the employee - employer relationship for development of the companies.
