Luxshare Vietnam honors outstanding employees in 2025
BAC NINH - Luxshare Vietnam Group on January 24 held a ceremony to honor outstanding employees in 2025 at the Bac Ninh Provincial Gymnasium with the participation of provincial leaders and nearly 4,000 managers and workers.
The event was attended by Pham Van Thinh, a member of the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC), who is also head of the Bac Ninh National Assembly delegation.

The year 2025 marked a major milestone for Luxshare in Bac Ninh as the group continued to expand its operations, put two new factory clusters into operation, diversified its product lines and recorded strong revenue growth.
Turnover of companies under the Luxshare Group rose sharply from the previous year, reflecting increasingly stable and effective production and business performance.
Alongside its focus on manufacturing and expansion, Luxshare has paid growing attention to improving working conditions and the welfare of its employees, the company said.
Speaking at the ceremony, the PPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh congratulated the group’s leadership and workforce on their achievements, describing Luxshare as one of the world’s leading multinational technology groups with significant contributions to Bac Ninh’s industrial development and export growth.
He praised outstanding workers for their dedication and productivity, and commended Luxshare Vietnam for organizing the annual recognition programme, which he said helped strengthen corporate culture and motivate employees.
The provincial leader also highlighted Bac Ninh’s economic performance in 2025, noting that the province maintained strong growth and consolidated its role as a key growth engine. Bac Ninh ranked fifth nationwide in economic scale and third in the Red River Delta region, while gross regional domestic product grew by 10.27%.

Foreign direct investment inflows reached 5.2 billion USD in 2025, while more than 6,500 new enterprises were established during the year, according to provincial figures, underscoring the province’s appeal to investors.
At the event, Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. and Luxshare Vietnam Co., Ltd. received certificates recognizing “Outstanding enterprises for workers in 2025” from the provincial Labor Federation. In addition, 110 exemplary workers received certificates of merit, while nearly 500 workers and trade union officials were commended by the group.
The provincial Labor Federation also presented bus tickets and Tet gift packages to workers ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
