The Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 595/QD-UBND approving the detailed plan for the investment project to build infrastructure for the Tam Da–Dung Liet 2 industrial cluster.

The Tam Da–Dung Liet 2 industrial cluster is expected to help attract environmentally friendly investment while supporting Bac Ninh’s industrial development strategy.

Covering an area of about 51.01 hectares across Tam Da and Yen Trung communes, the cluster is planned as a clean and sustainable industrial zone designed to attract high-tech industries, handicrafts and non-polluting supporting industries.

Targeted sectors include mechanical engineering, supporting industries and packaging processing, excluding paper production and recycling activities.

The spatial and architectural layout includes a central administration and service area located at the main intersection for convenient transactions. Production service areas will be arranged along the service road of provincial road DT.277B to support industrial production and related services.

Land plots for factories and warehouses will be organised in line with the transport network to facilitate business and manufacturing activities.

By 2030, the country plans to expand to 600 industrial parks, adding 35,000ha to reach 181,000ha, and expand industrial clusters from 1,100 to 2,000, with an additional 29,000ha of land.

 

Bac Ninh speeds up work on Trung Son - Ninh Son industrial cluster

BAC NINH - To secure clean land and complete infrastructure for industrial investment, the investor and contractors in Bac Ninh are ramping up construction at the Trung Son - Ninh Son industrial cluster in Van Ha ward. The project is expected to be completed and ready to attract investors in early 2027.
