Many localities allow students back to school

A total of 23 provinces and cities nationwide have allowed students to return to school, according to latest statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training.

The localities include Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Binh Dinh, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hoa Binh, Kon Tum, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, Yen Bai, and Quang Ninh.

Nine localities are offering both in-person and online classes to students, including: Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dak Lak, Lang Son, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan, Quang Nam, Son La, Khanh Hoa

Another 31 cities and provinces are combining both online and televisual teaching, including An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Can Tho, Da Nang, Dak Nong, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Hanoi, Hau Giang, Hung Yen, Kien Giang, Long An, Phu Yen, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai, Soc Trang, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Ha Nam, Binh Thuan, Ca Mau, Quang Tri, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Gia Lai.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has prepared scenarios to allow students back to school and submitted these to the municipal People’s Committee; however, the city’s authorities still need to consider these carefully before deciding the exact time for students to return to school due to the complicated developments of Covid-19 in the city.

(BGO)- Tan Hung secondary school in Lang Giang district on 30 September praised 2 students Nguyen Dang Khoa, class 9D and Nguyen Van Quang, class 8E for their bravery to save the friend from the deep canal.
