Loving family more
In the exchange trip, the guests were taken to the Origin Park in Seo district which is overwhelmed with filial piety tradition via images, sayings and decorations to represent family life. “Here, the friends wake up early to do morning exercises, have mom-made breakfast and spend the whole weekend and holiday for family. Instead of assets and materials, the local parents provide their children with the life skill and further experience of nature and world discovery via the journeys. The memorable experiences together with teachers and friends at the RoK home-stay make me more appreciate and love my family’, Minh revealed.
The best moments to the guest students would be the time when they joined the courses of cake making, flower arranging, sports playing together with RoK friends. All of them were excited at participating in the courses as if there excluded any barrier of language, culture and geography.
Teacher Nguyen Trong Thuy, Head Master of Le Quy Don secondary school said: “The exchange activity between two schools is a good chance for the students to get more experiences and chance to communicate in English. The period with Korean friends surely helps the students gain knowledge on the education, culture and necessary skill for future. In the upcoming time, we will enhance the activities, especially to study the educational methodology and training skill to the teacher at the school”.
