10 outstanding cultural families from 10 districts and city attended the event, who were awarded Certificates of Merit for achievements in building cultural families by People's Committees at all levels and won prizes at the district-level "Outstanding cultural Families" Festival in 2023.

Each family had 4 members including husband, wife and 2 children taking part in three contests.

The festival was organized from the grassroots level to the provincial level. This is the first time Bac Giang province has organized this meaningful playground, helping create positive changes in building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country.

Also, this is an opportunity for families to interact, learn and exchange experiences on economic development and build prosperous, progressive and happy families.

The organizer awards first prize to the family of Nguyen Duc Trung.

At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 4 Consolation Prizes to families. The first prize went to the family of Nguyen Duc Trung in Hoa Son residential group, Cao Thuong town (Tan Yen district).
