Over 10,700 dossiers have been resolved on the provincial and the national public service portals with VNeID accounts from July 1 to July 7, 2024, according to the statistics. Citizens can easily log in and submit dossiers.

Besides, those who logged in with old methods (not VNeID accounts) have been updated data on the system, thus exploitation of digital data in dealing with administrative procedures becomes easier.

The province currently has more than 40,000 accounts connected and integrated on VNeID when accounts with inadequate authentication information according to the Government’s Decree No 59/2022/ND-CP dated September 5, 2022 regulating electronic identification and authentication will be locked.
