To meet this demand, Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 1 and No. 2 have strengthened communication activities and diversified labor market information channels, including innovative formats for job transaction sessions to facilitate easier connections between employers and job seekers.
In the first nine months of this year, the two centers organized 85 job exchange sessions and two special job fairs for ethnic minority workers and those returning from employment programs in South Korea and Japan.
Nearly 3,200 companies participated in these events, attracting more than 60,600 visitors seeking career counseling and job referrals.
As a result, over 6,800 people were hired directly at the fairs, while thousands of others registered for suitable job openings and scheduled follow-up interviews.
Most companies are seeking unskilled or semi-skilled workers, accounting for about 80% of total demand, primarily in the electronics, textile, packaging and service industries.
Monthly salaries average between 8 million and 10 million VND (350 – 437 USD), depending on the position and enterprise.
Several large firms have reported major recruitment plans, including Goertek Vina Co. in Que Vo Industrial Park (15,000 workers), Newwing Interconnect Technology Co. in Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang province (10,500 workers), Luxshare-ICT Co. in Quang Chau and Van Trung Industrial Parks (10,000 workers), and Crystal Martin Vietnam Co. in Quang Chau Industrial Park (5,000 workers).
The intensified job-matching efforts are part of Bac Ninh’s broader labor market strategy to stabilize employment, support returning overseas workers, and ensure that local industries have adequate human resources for production growth.
