Most of these above mentioned clients are in the districts of Luc Nam, Luc Ngan, Yen Dung, Tan Yen, Lang Giang and Bac Giang city.

Priority for loans is mainly given to labours in the fields of produciton and trading of traditional craft products and OCOP products; business start-up projects; high-tech agricultural production model and unemployed rural workers among others.

The loan amount does not exceed 100 million VND for one labour while the maximum loan term is 120 months. The interest rate is equal to the lending interest rate for near-poor households at 7.92% per year.

Through the loan capital, most workers have created jobs, maintained and expanded their jobs with stable income and gradually improved their quality of life.
