Plant Protection Department authorized to supervise lychee export to Japan
According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DoARD), the Department proposed PPD to assign two experts to supervise the above mentioned process and conduct phytosanitary measure prior to exporting lychee at Toan Cau Food Import Export Joint Stock Company (Luc Ngan district), which will be operated during harvest season.

The authorization creates favourable condition for lychee inspection and export as well as contributes to Covid-19 prevention and control.
This year, the province has 30 growing area codes with estimated area of 219.45 ha and productivity of 1,800 tonnes of fruits to export to Japan.
